Mark Lynch

Mark Lynch’s exceptional customer service skills and results-driven approach have made him one of Hilton Head’s most successful Realtors.  In the 7 years he has been a Realtor with Dunes Marketing Group he has accumulated many notable distinctions and awards from both DMG and the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors including “Sales Agent of the Year” for Dunes Marketing Group in 2005 and 2007.

Mark and his wife, Tricia, visited Hilton Head Island only once in the summer of 1995 and fell in love with its entire splendor.  “In our hearts, we knew that this was the place we wanted to live and raise our family.  Growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, we were spoiled with great weather, beautiful scenery, wonderful schools and all around exceptional quality of life.  These were things that we were not willing to give up.  Hilton Head Island offered all the things that we were wanting and more.”  Mark has lived in several of the island’s plantations, giving him an excellent, rounded knowledge of the various communities and their amenities.

Jason Zavasnik
 

Jason grew up and attended grade school in Main, where he first fell in love with the east coast and learning to sail it's beautiful waters. After high school, he attended Brown University in Providence, RI. Jason then moved to Connecticut and began his professional career in business administration for an international corporation. Here, he spent a decade growing a global brand and supervising training programs for a national sales and management team. He has traveled and lived extensively on both the east and west coasts identifying new market opportunities and developing commercial real estate. 

Jason first moved to Hilton Head in 1997. Here, he too, fell in love with Hilton Head's charm. Jason joined Dunes Marketing Group in 2006 and was then recruited as a buyer specialist for The Lynch Group.


Carol Ivey

General Philosophy-
Purchasing or selling a home should be an exciting and rewarding experience.  My job is to manage the process for you so that the entire process is worry free.

I specialize in second home and investment clients who want complete information allowing them to make informed decisions and who want a professional to manage the process for them from start to finish with complete confidentiality.  Additionally, my extensive experience in waterfront properties is a benefit to clients who own vessels and have a desire to find properties to accommodate them.  Motor and sailing yacht owners and boat owners of all sizes seek me out to assist them in finding the ideal locations that offer deep water boating access, marinas and pleasurable boating and water activities.

I have been helping others buy and sell property for 20+ years.  I am licensed and practicing in both South Carolina and Florida.
